5. Websites

The Websites area of Tangible Cloud is where you see and manage every site connected to your account. If Licensing shows the keys your organization owns, Websites shows where those keys are being used, plus the tools to keep that usage clean.

The page is organized into tabs, grouped by purpose:

  • Your sites: Sites (active connected sites), Dev (local and development sites, which are slot-exempt), and Archived (sites you've set aside).
  • Inbox: Ghosts and Suspicious, sites Tangible Cloud has flagged for your attention (unlicensed installs and repeated failed activations).
  • Domain rules: Allowlist and Blocklist, account-level rules controlling which domains can activate your licenses.

Most sites appear on their own: you don't add them manually. A site shows up when a licensed Tangible plugin on it contacts Tangible Cloud for the first time. The Domain rules tabs are the exception; those you configure yourself.

This section covers:

  1. Understanding Connected Websites: how sites get here and what the list represents.
  2. Viewing Your Websites: the Sites tab (searching, filtering by connection status, and the per-site detail page).
  3. Connection Status: Connected, Stale, Unreachable: what each status means.
  4. Development Sites: the Dev tab and slot-exempt local/staging hosts.
  5. Flagged Sites (Ghosts and Suspicious): the inbox of flagged installs and activation attempts.
  6. Domain Rules (Allowlist and Blocklist): account-level allow/block rules.
  7. Archived Sites: archiving and restoring sites.
