1. Introduction to Tangible Cloud

Tangible Cloud is the customer account center for Tangible plugins, one place for licensing, downloads, website management, billing, team collaboration, and support. From it you can see what you've bought, where it's installed, and how it's being used.

How your account works

When you sign up, Tangible Cloud creates your own organization. You're its owner. Buying a plan then sets up your organization's account: the shared workspace where your licenses, subscriptions, connected websites, downloads, team members, and support tickets live.

Until you've bought a plan, those areas are empty and ask you to select an account. A purchase is what activates them. Most people have a single organization; agencies and teams can belong to several and switch between them.

What you can do

With Tangible Cloud, you can:

  • Browse and buy individual Tangible plugins in the Store, or get the full catalog in one purchase through Creators' Club.
  • Manage every license your organization owns, single-product licenses and multi-product bundles alike.
  • Control where your licenses can be used with account-level Domain Rules: an allowlist of hosts, dev-subdomain handling, and blocked domain patterns.
  • See which WordPress sites have connected to your licenses (websites), the plugins they're running, and their connection status.
  • Download the latest versions of your licensed plugins, or copy a direct download URL.
  • Track subscriptions and renewal dates, and jump to Stripe to update billing or cancel.
  • Invite teammates with role-based permissions, from view-only roles to full owners.
  • Search the documentation or file a support ticket when you need help.

Who it's for

Tangible Cloud is for anyone who uses one or more Tangible plugins: individual site owners running a single WordPress installation, freelancers managing a handful of client sites, and agencies coordinating dozens of installs across a team.

How can we help?
